Jayden Green, take a bow! Last night in Oregon, Jayden raced to bronze in the men’s 200 metres at the World Under-20 Championships, clocking 20.55 seconds and giving Barbados another proud moment on the international stage. His performance capped an outstanding week for Barbadian sport. At the CAC Games, Margot Prow won women’s singles gold in squash and joined Meagan Best and Amanda Haywood to capture team gold. Meagan also earned singles silver. Khamal Cumberbatch, Darien Benn and Shawn Simpson secured men’s team bronze, while Jabali Breedy took bronze in men’s 55 kg boxing. I told you so…
