Education changes the future. I always say: ensuring that education reaches everyone is the role of the State. It was to expand opportunities that we created Prouni, quotas and expanded Federal Institutes and universities. So that young people from the periphery, public school students and black and indigenous people can also occupy these spaces and transform their lives. Brazil is building its digital sovereignty. Yesterday, we brought together experts to discuss artificial intelligence, data, infrastructure and the paths for the country to develop its own capabilities in strategic technologies. The Brazilian Artificial Intelligence Plan already foresees R$23 billion by 2028, with more than R$14 billion implemented in the last two years.
