Today, we officially opened the Alpha Mercy Historical Centre, a space that preserves the story of Alpha and the remarkable contribution of the Sisters of Mercy to Jamaica.

From education and care to the nurturing of Jamaica’s musical talent, Alpha’s legacy is woven into our national story.

Preserving this history means preserving a part of who we are and giving future generations the opportunity to understand where we came from and the people who helped shape our Jamaica.
