We know what needs to be done to move Jamaica ahead. We have the plans. Now, we have to get the work done.

For me, execution means turning decisions into action, putting budgets to work and making sure projects move from plans and drawings to completion.

Jamaicans need to see results. They need to see roads fixed, water flowing, homes built and programmes making a real difference in their lives.

Can we get things done, and can we get them done well, efficiently and on time?

That is the challenge before us. We must move from talking about plans to delivering results for our people.
