Peace creates opportunity, and that is exactly what we are seeing in Parade Gardens.

For years, this community lived under the weight of crime and violence. Many people could not move freely or gather safely in their own neighbourhood. We first had to restore security by removing those who threatened the peace and ensuring that law-abiding citizens could reclaim their community.
