Recently, I welcomed Professor Peter Blair Henry back home to Jamaica as he accepted the role of Chairman of JAMRROC, the Oversight Committee for the National Reconstruction and Resilience Authority.

Professor Blair Henry is a proud son of St. Elizabeth, a Senior Fellow at Stanford University, and a respected voice in global finance. His knowledge, experience and deep commitment to Jamaica will help strengthen the work of building a more resilient country and advancing our development.

I thank Professor Blair Henry for answering the call to serve. With dedicated Jamaicans bringing their expertise to nation-building, we can continue creating a stronger future for our people.
