This will be the future General Hospital of the East.
This hospital center will mark a before and after for health in Alto Paraná and surrounding departments. It will initially have 56 intensive care units and 204 hospital beds, directly benefiting more than 1 million compatriots and bringing specialized and modern medical care to the region.
We continue to strengthen the public health system, guaranteeing the care that every Paraguayan deserves.

Así será el futuro Hospital General del Este. Este centro hospitalario marcará un antes y después para la salud en Alto Paraná y departamentos aledaños. Contará inicialmente con 56 unidades de terapia intensiva y 204 camas de internación, beneficiando directamente a más de 1 millón de compatriotas y acercando atención médica especializada y moderna a la región. Seguimos fortaleciendo el sistema de salud pública, garantizando la atención que cada paraguayo merece.
