Met a senior delegation from China Communications Construction Company (CCCC), led by Mr Zhang Bingnan, at the Presidential Secretariat today. We discussed ongoing and proposed projects centred around Colombo Port City. CCCC expressed confidence in the Government’s direction and its plans for further significant investment in Sri Lanka.
