This evening, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi saw off the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, at Cairo International Airport.This marked the conclusion of His Royal Highness's working visit to Cairo, which took place within the framework of efforts to strengthen the deep-rooted, close ties between the two countries and to consult on regional and international issues of mutual interest.

President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi will receive President of the State of Palestine Mahmoud Abbas on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, who will be on an official visit to the Arab Republic of Egypt. The visit takes place within the framework of ongoing consultations with Egypt on a number of issues of mutual interest—foremost among them the Palestinian issue. The two presidents are scheduled to hold talks on bilateral relations as well as the latest regional and international developments.
