I departed Trinidad and Tobago on Sunday, September 20, 2026, to attend the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York, United States of America.

I am scheduled to return on Thursday, September 24, 2026.

During my absence, the Honourable Jearlean John, Minister of Works and Infrastructure, will act as Prime Minister.
