Following the detection, on the evening of 18 September, of unauthorized unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) near the aerodrome, which led to the temporary closure of the airport, the Interministerial Drone Assessment Unit will meet today to assess the case.

The Drone Assessment Cell is continuing its monitoring and analysis activities and took stock of the situation on the morning of 20 September 2026. The competent ministers are being informed of developments on a continuous basis.
