Manu Koné scored twice in the first half, opening the scoring in the sixth minute before striking again in the 37th to send Roma into halftime with a 2-0 lead.

Lautaro Martínezresponded immediately after the break, scoring in the 46th minute before completing Inter’s comeback with an equalizer in the 79th.

The draw leaves Roma top of the Serie A standings with 13 points, ahead of second-placed Inter on goal difference.

Elsewhere in Serie A, Cagliari secured a 1-0 away win over Udinese, while Bologna and Torino drew 1-1.
