Connecting Colombia with universities, companies, research centers, cooperation agencies, and scientists around the world. The logic is simple. If we have talent, we have to show it. If we have projects that need funding, we need to connect them with those who can support them. And if there is technology and knowledge that can help us grow, we have to bring them to Colombia. To achieve this, the plan is to activate up to 10 science diplomacy nodes in strategic missions abroad and seek international opportunities for cooperation and co-financing for research, development and innovation projects. In addition, Colombia has another huge asset. Our scientists around the world. The strategy will connect Colombian researchers residing in other countries with universities, companies, research centers and national strategic projects . All of this will have an initial 100-day roadmap. And there is something fundamental. We are not creating a bureaucratic structure from scratch.
