[жестова мова] Є сильна пропозиція США щодо взаємного припинення ударів по критичній інфраструктурі
Dear Ukrainians, a few main things for this day. There was a conversation with the military, with the Minister of Defense Khbra and the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Drapaty. We are accelerating all work to protect against reactive shaheeds as much as possible. Manufacturers are preparing solutions, there are developments, there are tests, but the required production volumes are as soon as possible, sufficient, and definitely verified. Every day you need to record what is being done and what decisions can speed up the result. I want to thank all our producers who really work for the result. Next. Today I held a meeting with the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of Ukraine about the budget for this year and next. Now, virtually all state budget funds are, in one way or another, mostly defense funds. weapons, these are payments to the military, these are expenses to support our stability, the stability of Ukraine, to get through the winter, to support people. And Ukraine covers part of these expenses on its own. But a significant part, and this is a fact, comes from partners. To close this budget deficit and continue the necessary payments, the work of parliamentarians and the government must be as coordinated as possible. The list of laws and government decisions that need to be adopted is quite specific. And this is what needs to be decided, not about desire, not about politics, but about funds for the budget, for which there is no substitute. There are popular and unpopular solutions on the list, but each one is specific, specific means for Ukraine to live and be able to defend itself. These are funds that are tied to the situation, to the real situation of this season, winter, this front, the protection of our sky. It doesn't matter whether you are the government or the opposition, as long as these are the real interests of Ukraine. I ask parliamentarians to provide such a financial result for Ukraine through voting this week. Laws that will mean specific funds for the budget. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine will do its part of the work. And we need to check what is happening with the tax service and others and whether there is real work for the state budget at 100%. There must be honest work. I asked the Prime Minister, I asked the Minister of Finance to check. This should put an end to the history of fraudulent call centers in Ukraine. Bills on strict criminal liability for such call centers are also on the agenda. I ask you to support this responsibility and ask all parliamentarians to also support the decision to dismiss the Prosecutor General tomorrow. I removed him [clearing throat] by my decree. The dismissal petition is in the Verkhovna Rada. I sent it. Ukraine saw the reasons for this. And there should be enough votes. A few more things. We all understand that sanctions against Russia really matter. It's definitely not the time to lift sanctions, it's definitely not the time to save Russian oligarchs from sanctions, and it's definitely not the time to give gifts to Russia to Europe. Usmanov, Fridman, and other such Russian figures have not yet taken any steps against the war. And it is not time for Europe to forget what is happening. And we need new sanctions and, to be honest, stronger ones, such that Russia does not adapt to them. in particular, anti-ballistic sanctions against all Russian ballistics production. Sanctions that restrict Russian finances, that is, what limits the war. Linus Greva's sanctions bill is still a bill, unfortunately, not a law. It is important that there is a law. I thank everyone in the world who supports this approach, who knows that force works. There is also now a strong proposal from the United States for a mutual cessation of strikes on critical infrastructure. And if this can be the first de-escalation step, a step to stop Russian attacks on our critical infrastructure and our response, then Ukraine is ready to support de-escalation. We see that Russians are feeling the tension because of our apt answers on the Russian war economy. And so far, no one has seen Russia's real desire to end the war. But, if American partners manage to ensure Russia's real willingness to stop this war on the destruction of life and do so truthfully and in the long term, Ukraine will take its de-escalation steps. Peace is needed, energy, food routes, critical infrastructure. All of this should be included in the discussion of ending the strikes. We need a strong, fair decision, not just for the elections, but for all time. We are waiting for specifics from our partners. Glory to Ukraine! Yeah.
