There were many hours of work, early mornings, weekends, difficult decisions and challenges that were overcome along the way. To make this possible, it was necessary to develop, adapt and integrate different technological components, including Sigre, which you have just seen, the cadastral registry's entry and exit desk system, the CIEC of the cadastre and the CR of the property registry, in addition to systems and services linked to judicial income. and to the General Secretariat of the Supreme Court of Justice. each of these systems with different technologies, architectures, rules, and processes. None of this would have been possible from a single direction or from a single work team. And I would like to highlight the different teams involved in this project, because they truly deserve to be seen and recognized today. On behalf of the Information and Communications Technology Directorate of the Room, the project was driven by its director, the tireless engineer Mauricio Florentín Oliver, with the direct active participation of excellent technicians such as Hilario Machuca, Magno Ayala, Gustavo Roa, Gustavo Sánchez, in addition to the other members of the technical teams. But we also said at the time of enacting the law that it was only the first big step, but that we were not going to allow a reform of this magnitude to be reduced simply to a legal text with very good intentions, as happened with so many others in the history of our country.
