In February 2026, the Republic of Suriname has issued a Social Bond to finance eligible social expenditures and priority social projects.
The Employer now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for theDesign and Build of housing infrastructure and associated works at Reeberg Block 3B.
Scope of Works and related services
Bidding will be conducted throughInternational Competitive Bidding (ICB)procedures, in accordance with the internationally recognized procurement and control practices and Suriname’s Social Projects Procurement Framework (Feb 2026).
Participation is open to all firms that demonstrate their (in accordance with the Bidding Document):
Evaluation will be based on thelowest evaluated responsive bidbased on the criteria as mentioned in the Bidding Document.
Requests for clarification must be submitted in writing to the Employer no later than7 October 2026. Responses will be shared with all interested bidders to ensure transparency.
All documentation must be submitted inEnglish.
A complete set of bidding documents in English may be requested by interested bidders via email at the address below.
