The festival, to be held for the second time, will give both international and local guests the chance to explore Khorezm’s traditional dishes, including special recipes once cooked in the palace kitchens for the khans. Visitors can see how these dishes are prepared and taste them.

Participants will experience Khorezm’s centuries-old national cuisine, featuring ancient recipes, culinary expertise of skilled chefs, and exclusive gastronomic delights.

Qualified specialists will evaluate each participant during the competition.

The winners will compete for a total prize pool of 120 million UZS. The first-place winner will earn 60 million UZS, the second-place winner will receive 40 million UZS, and the third-place winner will get 20 million UZS.

The “National Dishes of the Khans of Khorezm” gastronomic festival will showcase Khorezm’s unique culinary traditions internationally and promote gastronomic tourism.
