Both personally and on behalf of the Government, I express sincerest solidarity with the rabbi who was attacked in Milan and with all of Milan’s Jewish community.

I condemn this despicable and unacceptable incident in the strongest possible terms. Anti-Semitic hatred is a scourge that we cannot and will not tolerate in any form, and we will continue to fight it with determination.
