[жестова мова] Я прошу усіх в нашій державі бути однаково результативними заради України

I wish you health, dear Ukrainians. There is good news today about the interceptor against jet fighters. Another development is being tested. This is our Ukrainian development. There is a knockdown of the mines, it is struck. But we still need to refine some technical things. It takes a little time. Our other developers are also working on it. We are waiting for a working tool. It is very important that there are enough forms of protection against strike drones. Now we have used our combat aircraft, fighter jets, and helicopters to the maximum extent possible to provide cover for cities and villages. The interceptor crews of the regular Shaheds now worked effectively. Last night, the percentage of martyrs killed was 93. This is significant, although, of course, more is needed. public resources, public finances. We are sending as much as is needed for this work to provide all the necessary weapons. I held a bet today, and the bet was precisely about protecting critical infrastructure, protecting our energy sector, and logistics. A lot of attention, of course, to the railways. I want to specially thank all our employees of Ukrzaliznytsia for their absolutely professional and courageous work. And although the Russians consider our railway one of their main targets, Ukrzaliznytsia operates at the same level. And despite the delays, despite the blows, despite all the damage, we maintain logistics. [snort] there will be additional contracts for systems that will strengthen the protection of the railway, strengthen the protection of border crossings and other UZ facilities. And there is already a solution to this. We spoke with the Prime Minister of Ukraine, we spoke with the Minister of Finance to find a way for our state banks to support our state logistics. This question is not abstract. This is the life of Ukraine. Today, Prime Minister Serhiy Koretsky and I also spoke with representatives of Ukrainian farmers. I am grateful to everyone in the industry for working for Ukraine, literally for our national interests. This year, Ukraine's harvest is even larger than last year, and food exports could be significant. many problems due to Russian attacks on ports and food infrastructure, and logistics. There will be government steps to support the agricultural sector. We discussed what exactly is needed in terms of loans, state regulation, pauses in inspections, and insurance support. Government officials should prepare all the decisions. We are actively working with our partners to find a diplomatic solution to support our exports. This is not just our issue. In fact, dozens and dozens of other countries depend on Ukrainian exports of food. And I am grateful to every partner who is helping now and is already involved. Egypt, India, Turkey involved. Arab states all see the importance of our exports and feel that it is with Ukraine that we can solve the issue of food security and guarantee the absence of a crisis and the cost of living in countries where social stability means the security of both these countries and Europe. Our diplomats have instructions on this and we are counting on the appropriate results. We may all need results in the coming weeks. This depends, first of all, on whether the partners have enough desire to promote steps towards de-escalation in this war and ultimately peace. And one more thing. I am grateful to all parliamentarians who voted positively in the Verkhovna Rada today. There is a personnel decision regarding the Prosecutor General. Parliamentarians also supported strengthening criminal liability for fraudulent call centers and bank fraud. And responsibility must work so that such phenomena do not occur again. And also, this week, some bills are planned that mean money for Ukraine from partners, to be honest. Seven bills are on the agenda. Most of them are in their first reading, but each of them is needed to finance the state budget deficit. These are issues of national importance that concern everyone, absolutely everyone in Ukraine, and not anyone in particular, not a single party, group, or individual. Some things may be difficult, may be unpleasant and unpopular, but right now, it is impossible to do without these things . It is impossible to ensure the full needs of our defense and the stability of Ukraine. Ukraine is more than any party, interest, or PR strategy. The deficit must be closed. [sigh] These are billions of dollars that Ukraine could bring precisely from positive votes. I ask everyone in our country to be equally effective for the sake of Ukraine. I thank everyone who helps. Glory to Ukraine!
