Naza, Naza, [music] Naza, >> Naza, Naza. >> How can there be so much noise about a movie called Naza released at the Venice Film Festival and claims to show the Israel Defense Forces, the military that has changed the way wars are fought to reduce civilian arm as a military that deliberately seeks civilian casualties. You take away the context. You refuse to investigate the facts. You rely on claims that are not corroborated. and you don't ask the people you accuse for comment and then you tell the world the story that much of it is already prepared to believe. That is what NAZA does. The film's two directors, Juval Abraham and Rachel Short, didn't show the film in Israel before releasing it to the world. And The Guardian, which produced the movie, which is a long line of anti-Israel content streaming across their site, acknowledged that it did not show the film to Israel beforehand. Think about that. A movie that makes serious accusations against Israeli soldiers, commanders, comments about strikes, civilians, targets, collateral damage. Yet, it doesn't even ask the people at Slanders for documents, operational facts, or even a response. It doesn't ask whether strikes were called off, changed, delayed, or carried out after warnings. Then there's the question of the testimony itself. The people interviewed are anonymous. Their faces are covered. Their voices are garbled. They claimed to be soldiers in an intelligence unit, but we have no way of knowing. We do not know what they personally witnessed, what they were told by someone else, or even if they had access to any intelligence or an operational picture. You make an entire movie based on claims that you do not corroborate. And when asked whether they're true, you speak generally about collateral damage. Of course, there's collateral damage. It's war. It's tragic. But that is not an answer. According to Colonel John Spencer, West Point's leading authority on urban warfare, Israel has achieved the lowest civilian casualty ratio of any army in the history of urban warfare. Lower than the United States and lower than Great Britain. Not because Israel fights an easy enemy. It's the opposite. Israel's fighting the brutal Hamas terror organization that carried out October 7th. That is precisely why Hamas uses human shields. Hamas knows civilian suffering serves as strategy. Hamas deliberately embeds itself among civilians, operates from civilian areas in one of the most densely populated areas in the world. The Israel Defense Forces is the most moral army in the world. No military has taken more measures to minimize civilian casualties and war. The IDF sends text messages. It drops leaflets. It makes phone calls. And it gives families evacuation orders in advance. It delays operations. And it calls off strikes when civilians are identified or when conditions are not right. Okay. No military has developed a more thorough or sophisticated process to assess a target before a strike. And at the end of that process, there is always a human decision. Not a machine, not an algorithm, a human being. NAZA is not a serious investigation. We don't need lectures about morality from people who've never faced what we face. We're the Jewish people. The very ideas of life, liberty, and human dignity that form the foundation of the West come directly from our Bible and our sources. And this is the backbone of the values and the foundation of the state of Israel.
