I could not let this opportunity pass without saying that the recovery of the private sector from Hurricane Melissa is being hampered by the slow pace of insurance payments to uh persons who have made claims on the insurance companies, legitimate claims that have been successful. I've gotten so many complaints, but there's very little that we can do as a government intervene in a in a private matter. Legislatively we could, and we probably should. And I'm happy that the leader of the opposition is is pointing that out, but we have gotten >> [applause] >> No, we have gotten um too many complaints, and we see that it is actually having a negative impact now on the recovery. Recovery could have been much faster. Were the insurance payments uh made with speed and alacrity?
