A delegation from the Adalet ve Kalkınma Partisi (AK Party) of Türkiye, led by Deputy Chairman Hüseyin Yayman, paid a courtesy call on His Excellency President Dr Mohamed Muizzu this morning at the President's Official Residence, Mulee'aage.

During the call, discussions centred on strengthening the brotherly relations between Türkiye and the Maldives, tourism and trade cooperation, and cultural exchange.

Both sides concluded by reaffirming their shared commitment to deepening the longstanding and close ties between the two nations.
