Problem is, folk like Serey would be smoked under Labour’s Capital Gains Tax - because he owns the shop his bakery is in.

It’s not fair that after all that hard work, all those early mornings, all those years of small margins… when the owner wants to sell their property, they would be hit with a 28% Capital Gains Tax from Labour.
