The first of these is the employment mode, where many initiatives through the undersecretariat of regional development that are labor intensive are being channeled through the municipalities. Resources were also injected into the SENSE employment subsidies, which to date have almost 50,000 applications and whose first subsidies began to be paid about a week ago and which means giving employers support of at least 50% of the labor cost that it means to hire with a minimum income. Efforts were also made with regional governments to expedite and develop projects, but all these initiatives are on a smaller scale, and for that reason the President of the Republic has tasked the Ministry of Housing, the Ministry of Public Works, of course the Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Finance with finding ways to expedite the implementation of high-impact public works projects that generate employment, and the results of their efforts and internal work will be made public in due course. It is up to us as a government to address this reality and find ways to overcome these moments of crisis in employment with the programs I just detailed and outlined. These are undoubtedly references that we have to take into account, that we have to analyze internally and give strength, especially to the issue of job opportunities. I believe that we in the government are fully aware that things aren't moving as quickly as we would like, but we want to convey to the public that we are looking for ways and mechanisms to develop initiatives soon that will allow many people to return to work. But minister, nothing was lacking during the first 6 months to maintain perhaps that initial figure from the polls of March. Well, we have been making progress in other areas and we have always said, our focus is on economic growth, security and social welfare through making the state apparatus less bureaucratic. Regarding economic growth, structural legislation was approved that will allow our economy in the medium term to once again attract more investment, and to have easier access to the permits that generate this private investment, thereby multiplying jobs. Those structural foundations are in place, but the results of that work, which was approved in Congress and for which the respective law is about to be published , do not bear fruit immediately, and we have to take care of the present, not only the medium and long term, and that is why we are working to generate employment opportunities in the short term.
