[Music] I am Maximilian Heigel, 19 years old. I come from Upper Austria and completed my civilian service at the Kepler University Hospital in Linz. My duties included helping and supporting staff wherever possible, escorting patients from initial care and follow-up treatment to X-rays , assisting with repositioning, and talking to patients about when they were not feeling well. I think you definitely learn to appreciate your health more there. You see how other people are doing, you see what problems others have, and then you really realize that we actually have it very, very good. So I would highly recommend civilian service. You learn a great deal, yet you still work together in a team with many people, and yes, it's like a small family; everyone sticks by each other. It's really a nice place to work. I was very, very happy, briefly overwhelmed, and yes, I was very, very happy.
