O o as pessoas idão não pode ficar sentado na frente de uma televisão sendo consumido. Não tem que levantar, andar, conversar, fazer. Nós vamos ter que ter centros com lugar para as pessoas nadar, passear, ler, assistir filme. Se quiser dançar, dançar. E por que não namorar também? É isso que eu quero para esse país, gente. Isso que eu quero. E também diminuir o feminicídio. É importante vocês não esquecer do feminicídio. É importante lembrar, não basta a gente fazer lei. Depois que a gente fez o Pacto Social, nós já aprovamos 11 leis, quatro decretos e três portarias. Nunca se fez tanto e tão pouco tempo para defender as mulheres, mas é pouco ainda. É pouco. Nós precisamos começar dar creche à universidade, preparar a sociedade brasileira. Um menino, ele precisa começar a aprender pela mãe, assim que ele começar a entender as coisas, que ele não é melhor do que a irmãzinha dele, que ele não tem direito a uma coisa, a irmã tem direito a outro. É importante que a gente mostra a necessidade da igualdade, sabe, no comportamento das pessoas, as oportunidades da pessoa. Então, nós temos que começar a educar, porque a educação é que vai salvar as mulheres da violência, de pessoas que não deve ser violento. Porque a violência não é doença, só é falta de caráter das pessoas. E às vezes a pessoa for mal educada, então meu papel não é punir, meu papel é educar. Mas se o cara cometer um delito contra as mulheres, ele tem que ser punido. Esse mundo que eu quero e esse mundo vou construir. E vocês sabem, só eu junto com vocês podemos construir. Não é um cara que pensa o contrário, que acha que pode estuprar, que acha que pode matar, que acha que tem de respeitar porque é mulher feia, sabe? Esse cara não vai consertar nada. A União ficou com a Polícia Federal, que é uma política fazendária, ficou com a Polícia Penal e ficou com a política rodoviária federal, tá? Por que que nós mandamos uma medida eh uma emenda constitucional para mudar a Constituição, a chamada PEC da segurança? É porque nós queremos aprovar no Congresso uma PEC que diga qual é o papel da União, qual é o papel do estado e qual é o papel da prefeitura. Porque eu defendo que a prefeitura também tem a sua polícia. Não tem sentido uma prefeitura como São Paulo não tem uma polícia, uma cidade que tem quase 13 milhões de habitantes. Então nós queremos isso. E aí eu quero provar que é o seguinte, a gente vai se meter nisso, porque a gente quer devolver o território paraa comunidade. Quem mora na vila é o povo, é o povo que tem que ser dono da vila. Quem estuda na escola é os filhos dos pobres, eles tem que ter ser dono da escola.
