Heat. Heat. So first of all, I'm very happy that Philippines has joined today as the 71st member of the coalition for disaster resident infrastructure. We are a coalition that is trying to help countries or work with countries address risks from disasters and climate change in infrastructure. uh so Philippines being a member is going to receive or participate in three kinds of activities. So capacity building you know training uh sessions, workshops u working across the memberships so you know Philippine experts working with Chilean experts working with experts in India in Bhutan etc on challenges that are unique to these countries. So if there are solutions in the Philippines that can be brought to others that again becomes an opportunity for participating through the coalition. It's a sharing of knowledge, best practices, u building new knowledge. You know, we need a lot of new knowledge in this space. We're also working with academic institutions to see what is the new curriculum one needs to build. And we are partnering universities across members because Philippines, you know, when you talk about disasters, uh you know more about disaster than a lot of other countries. So, it's really an important agenda for your leadership but also for your country. And that's why I think joining the coalition was something that Philippines wanted to do. So we are a charter based organization. So the country so Philippines has agreed to the charter of CDRI and the charter is very related to the send framework. So all most countries have signed up to the UN's SAI framework. Target D of SAI framework is all about disaster resident infrastructure. So our charter is basically saying we endorse that approach to disaster resident infrastructure. There's no membership fee but there is an opportunity for expertise to be provided. >> So we have funds coming from some countries that are programbased. So we develop programs and we invite countries to support them. Those are all voluntary. Philippines has had a you know in your country you have had a lot of experience on issues of flooding issues of earthquakes volcanoes and you've been working a long time to address these issues where other countries could actually benefit with the way you've been addressing these problems. I'm really looking forward to working with the Philippine institutions on um disaster resident infrastructure and I'm very happy that they've decided to join the coalition.
