[Music] My name is Leonardo. I come from Vienna and I did my civilian service with the Johanniter . During my civilian service, I accompanied patient transports, rode along with the emergency rescue service, and worked in ambulances . My civilian service helped me especially with my character development, talking to people, empathy, and dealing with their special situations. So, my time here with the Johanniter has truly shaped my life. Before my civilian service, I would never have imagined what kind of influence the work here would have on me, on my character, on my personality. For me, it is an incredible honor to have been nominated as Civilian Servant of the Year from Vienna. I am still truly speechless and grateful to everyone who supported me.
