[Music] My name is Rafael Genave, I come from Burgenland. I completed my civilian service with Caritas at a refuge in Eisenstadt. My duties included taking care of our housemates, handling any passenger transport, and maintaining stock levels for any items they might need. When my community service came to an end, I received all sorts of cards from our clients, congratulations and kind greetings. That was a very nice recognition. The most important thing I learned during my civilian service was how to deal with people properly and to remain friendly at all times. When I found out that I had been nominated, it was a very big surprise for me. I didn't really think much of the possibility that I could become one. I simply viewed it as the work I had completed. So I was somewhat taken by surprise , but I am incredibly grateful for it.
