Prime Minister Ali Faleh Al-Zaidi Receives Delegation of Turkmen Women Survivors of ISIS ••••• Prime Minister Ali Faleh Al-Zaidi received today, Saturday, a delegation representing Turkmen women survivors of the terrorist organization ISIS. During the meeting, the Prime Minister affirmed the government’s commitment to addressing the cases of abducted Turkmen women, ensuring justice and compensation for the crimes and violations they endured. He stated that the brutality inflicted by ISIS terrorists upon members of the Turkmen community and other Iraqi communities constituted a tragedy and a crime against humanity. The Prime Minister stressed the government’s commitment and determination to address the cases of abducted Turkmen women by engaging with the Council of Representatives to amend the Survivors Law. He emphasized that the government is responsible for protecting all its citizens and providing them with the necessary legal support and compensation for the crimes and violations committed by the terrorist organization ISIS against the Turkmen community and other communities.
