Occupied Jerusalem, Sept. 11 (SANA)Five Palestinians were killed and several others injured inIsraeli occupationstrikes on theGaza Stripon Thursday, according to Palestinian medical sources.

Three people were killed and five others injured when an Israeli drone struck a group of Palestinians in the al-Qubba area near Khan Younis in southern Gaza, the WAFA news agency reported, citing medical sources.

Earlier in the day, an Israeli drone strike on a vehicle north of Khan Younis killed one Palestinian and injured several others, according to the agency.

Another Palestinian died from wounds sustained in anIsraeli strikeon the al-Mawasi area of al-Qarara, north of Khan Younis, bringing Thursday’s reported death toll from the strikes to five.

The latest strikes followed an attack on a house in northern Gaza on Wednesday that killed four Palestinians and injured others, WAFA said.kA/ABD
