The head of state approved the regulation on the Security Council and its staff ✍️ President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev signed the Decree "On some issues of the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan and introducing changes and additions to some acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan." 🟦 According to the decree, the regulations on the Security Council and its Apparatus were approved, and the powers of the Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan were defined. 🟦 The Security Council and its staff were tasked with conducting a comprehensive analysis of global challenges and current aspects of the internal situation. 🟦 The authority of the Deputy Chairman of the Security Council includes monitoring the complete and complete implementation of acts and tasks of the Chairman of the Security Council, decisions of the Security Council, including decisions made at emergency meetings, as well as coordinating the activities of state bodies and organizations that implement activities in the fields of ensuring national security, increasing the country's defense capabilities, and maintaining law and order. 🟦 The Deputy Chairman of the Security Council deals with issues of information and cyber security, including the use of artificial intelligence, protection of personal data, action against corruption and economic crime, and civil defense. 🟦 In addition, the Deputy Chairman of the Security Council coordinates the activities of state bodies and organizations implementing the above-mentioned measures, establishes international contacts, and organizes the activities of the Security Council Office. 🟦 The Apparatus of the Security Council as an independent state body directly subordinates and reports to the President. 🟦 The body is engaged in measures to improve and strengthen risk control in the field of national security, ensure the stability of state management, provide institutional support to the activities of the Chairman of the Security Council and the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and implement their decisions. 🟦 These tasks are intended to preserve the sovereignty and independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, territorial integrity, national interests in the international arena and the foundations of the constitutional system. t.me/aqorda_resmi
