The head of state approved the provisions on the Security Council and its Apparatus ✍️ President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev signed the Decree “On some issues of the Office of the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan and introducing amendments and additions to some acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.” 🟦 The decree approved the provisions on the Security Council and its Apparatus, and also defined the terms of reference of the Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 🟦 The tasks of the Security Council and its Staff define a comprehensive analysis of global threats and challenges, as well as current aspects of the internal situation. 🟦 The terms of reference of the Deputy Chairman of the Security Council include organizing control over the unconditional and full implementation of acts and instructions of the Chairman of the Security Council, decisions of the Security Council, including those adopted at operational meetings, coordinating the activities of government bodies and organizations to implement measures in the field of ensuring national security, the country's defense capability, law and order. 🟦 The Deputy Chairman of the Security Council will also deal with issues of information and cyber security, including the use of artificial intelligence, personal data protection, combating corruption and economic crime, and civil protection. 🟦 In addition, the Deputy Chairman of the Security Council coordinates the activities of government bodies and organizations to implement the above measures, and also carries out international cooperation. The Deputy Chairman of the Security Council also coordinates the activities of the Security Council Staff. 🟦 The Security Council apparatus, as an independent state body, is directly subordinate and accountable to the Head of State. 🟦 The activities of the Security Council Staff are aimed at strengthening and improving control over risks in the field of national security, ensuring the sustainability of public administration, institutional support and implementation of decisions of the Chairman of the Security Council and directly the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 🟦 The implementation of these tasks is aimed at strengthening the protection of the sovereignty and independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, territorial integrity, national interests in the international arena and the foundations of the constitutional system. t.me/aqorda_resmi

Глава государства утвердил положения о Совете Безопасности и его Аппарате ✍️ Президент Касым-Жомарт Токаев подписал Указ «О некоторых вопросах Аппарата Совета Безопасности Республики Казахстан и внесении изменений и дополнений в некоторые акты Президента Республики Казахстан». 🟦 Указом утверждены положения о Совете Безопасности и его Аппарате, а также определен круг полномочий Заместителя Председателя Совета Безопасности Республики Казахстан. 🟦 Задачами Совета Безопасности и его Аппарата определены всесторонний анализ глобальных угроз и вызовов, а также актуальных аспектов внутренней ситуации. 🟦 В круг полномочий Заместителя Председателя Совета Безопасности входят организация контроля за безусловным и полным выполнением актов и поручений Председателя Совета Безопасности, решений Совета Безопасности, в том числе принятых на оперативных совещаниях, координация деятельности государственных органов и организаций по реализации мероприятий в сфере обеспечения национальной безопасности, обороноспособности страны, законности, правопорядка. 🟦 Заместитель Председателя Совета Безопасности будет также заниматься вопросами информационной и кибербезопасности, в том числе с использованием искусственного интеллекта, защиты персональных данных, противодействия коррупции и экономической преступности, гражданской защиты. 🟦 Кроме того, Заместитель Председателя Совета Безопасности координирует деятельность государственных органов и организаций по реализации вышеназванных мер, а также осуществляет международное взаимодействие. Заместитель председателя Совета Безопасности также координирует деятельность Аппарата Совета Безопасности. 🟦 Аппарат Совета Безопасности, как самостоятельный государственный орган непосредственно подчинен и подотчетен Главе государства. 🟦 Деятельность Аппарата Совета Безопасности направлена на усиление и совершенствование контроля над рисками в сфере национальной безопасности, обеспечение устойчивости государственного управления, институциональную поддержку и выполнение решений Председателя Совета Безопасности и непосредственно Совета Безопасности Республики Казахстан. 🟦 Реализация указанных задач направлена на усиление защиты суверенитета и независимости Республики Казахстан, территориальной целостности, национальных интересов на международной арене и основ конституционного строя. t.me/aqorda_resmi
