A new cemetery shed will provide members of a community in Bua with a more comfortable and dignified place to gather and pay their respects and support one another in times of loss. The previous shed had provided an important space for families attending funeral services, but its damage during a cyclone a few years ago left the community without an adequate shelter. While the ministry has provided the necessary materials, community members have come together to build a shelter themselves, demonstrating cooperation, unity, and shared commitment to improving an important community facility. >> here last November. Since then I have been committed with this community here. And I'm very happy being here with them, helping them out with this Monday here. Uh since I'm here I am being here, I was told about the multi-ethnic affairs. They provided some assistance with some roofing iron, timber, nail, and other materials for building. And we were waiting for quite some time for the pine posts. Now we also have that. And we are now in a in a plan of for the symmetry. And I'm pretty happy putting myself in their hands for a help. Every week I'm visiting this temple here. I was told they were looking for a carpenter, so they didn't find any and then they notified me. You know, they asked me for help and I'm okay. I'll be helping them out. It's a very good thing because they didn't they did have one a time while ago. But I heard during one cyclone it was all blown out. Now the government has put in their help and the community is helping out in building this shed for the cemetery here and I'm I'm quite happy they they going to help. And not only me, all the members who are in this small community here they are all trying to help out. It will work and I'm I'm really sure they will be here to help me out with the work here. I'm very happy to see the government's helping hand multi-ethnic affairs that they have helped with the materials. Nowadays it's really costly and the community itself is really happy that the helping hand ministry that has provided with the material will help them out. I urge other communities, other mandalis to please uh go forward to multi-ethnic affairs and ask for their help. And I'm pretty sure they won't neglect. They will help and uh uh if the help is there, they can do better things.
