I do not think that we will have negotiations before the end of the parliamentary "elections" in Russia. But at the end of September we will be able to meet the American team in New York. In the meantime, our teams are staying in touch. And I hope that after meeting with President Trump, we will be able to talk more openly about all this. When we talk about the possible outcome of the tripartite meeting, our partners are now raising the issue of the export of grain and other agricultural products, which Russia is blocking in the Black Sea. We responded and did the same. We must respond, otherwise Russia will never stop this war, because it will never feel it. The same with energy. Last month I had important talks with Egypt, India, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the United States. Everyone understands that blocking food for the world, for people, is a big challenge. Not only for Ukraine and Russia, but also on a global scale. All this depends on Russia. Not sure that they are able to show flexibility in these matters. But strong world leaders can force them to take the right stand, even if they don't like it. From a media interview with Mark Carney.
