The Emirates News Agency (WAM) said Thursday the two leaders discussed major regional and international developments during Sheikh Mohamed’s visit to the German capital, with a focus on efforts to advance peace in the Middle East.

The talks come amid continued tensions across the region and growing calls for de-escalation, dialogue and diplomatic solutions to prevent further instability.

Both sides stressed the importance of political efforts aimed at promoting security and stability at the regional and international levels.
