The committee will examine and address the legal, technical, and administrative obstacles facing the identified stalled and uninitiated investment projects and develop the necessary solutions to complete them within specified timeframes. Regarding stalled investment licenses in Nineveh Province, the session decided to form a committee to examine the reasons why contracts have not been signed for a number of investment-license projects. The session voted to amend Paragraph (3) of Item Second of Commission Resolution No. 31 of 2023, stipulating that the secondary roads described in Paragraph Third of Article (2) of Statement No. 1 of 2022 shall be classified as local roads under the administration of the provinces in all matters related to their management. Regarding support for youth forums in Baghdad Province, the session approved that the province undertake their rehabilitation and maintenance.
