Damascus, Sep. 9 (SANA)President Ahmadal-Sharaareceived Jordanian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates AymanSafadiat the People’s Palace in Damascus, with Syrian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Asaadal-Shaibaniattending.

The meeting focused on bilateral relations between Syria and Jordan and ways to strengthen them, as well as expanding areas of cooperation and joint coordination.

The two sides exchanged views on regional developments and a number of issues of mutual interest.
