The head of state received the Chairman of the Board of Samruk-Kazyna JSC Nurlan Zhakupov ➡️ President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev heard a report on the activities of the Samruk-Kazyna Fund, the implementation of key production and financial indicators and the implementation of large infrastructure projects. Nurlan Zhakupov : ➤ reported that in 2026 the Fund plans to complete investment projects worth 3.2 trillion tenge; ✔️ including the construction of the Moyynty - Kyzylzhar and Darbaza - Maktaaral railway lines, the modernization of the Altynkol - Zhetygen and Beineu - Mangistau railway sections, the construction of a gas processing plant at the Kashagan field, the modernization of the Almaty CHPP-2, the construction of a combined cycle plant in the Turkestan region and a hybrid power plant. ✔️ In addition, the construction of a data processing center in Astana and the laying of a fiber-optic communication line along the bottom of the Caspian Sea are being completed. ➤ reported on the Fund’s investment portfolio. ✔️ In this direction in 2027-2029. Глава государства принял председателя правления АО «Самрук-Қазына» Нурлана Жакупова ➡️ Президент Касым-Жомарт Токаев заслушал отчет о деятельности Фонда «Самрук-Қазына», выполнении основных производственных и финансовых показателей и реализации крупных инфраструктурных проектов. Нурлан Жакупов : ➤ сообщил, что в 2026 году Фонд планирует завершить инвестиционные проекты на 3,2 трлн тенге; ✔️ в числе которых строительство железнодорожных линий Мойынты – Кызылжар и Дарбаза – Мактаарал, модернизация железнодорожных участков Алтынколь – Жетыген и Бейнеу – Мангистау, строительство газоперерабатывающего завода на месторождении Кашаган, модернизация Алматинской ТЭЦ-2, строительство парогазовой установки в Туркестанской области и гибридной электростанции. ✔️ Помимо этого, завершается строительство центра обработки данных в Астане и прокладка волоконно-оптической линии связи по дну Каспийского моря. ➤ доложил об инвестиционном портфеле Фонда. ✔️ В данном направлении в 2027-2029 гг. запланирована реализация 38 проектов на 21 трлн тенге в сферах энергетики, нефтегазовой отрасли, транспортной и цифровой инфраструктуры. ➤ отчитался об исполнении социальных проектов Фонда. ✔️ В качестве приоритетов рассматриваются строительство медицинских и социальных объектов, открытие 55 центров для детей с инвалидностью и 46 кабинетов инклюзии, а также развитие спортивной и образовательной инфраструктуры.
