Prime Minister Mr. Ali Faleh Al-Zaidi receives the head and members of the Parliamentary Masses Bloc •••••••••• Today, Tuesday, the Prime Minister, Mr. Ali Faleh Al-Zaidi, received the Head of the Parliamentary Public Bloc, Mr. Mizer Sufi Al-Shammari, and members of the bloc. During the meeting, the service and economic conditions and the government’s efforts in the field of combating corruption and continuing to implement development plans were reviewed. The Prime Minister confirmed that the government will hold its next sessions in the governorates, and will start from Diwaniyah Governorate, then Salah al-Din Governorate, in order to review and work closely on addressing the service aspects and completing the infrastructure, in a way that enhances stability and supports the development process. His Excellency pointed out that the government has adopted a practical approach to developing the oil sector in order to increase production and diversify export sources, in addition to adopting new methods of investment to develop infrastructure through the Development Fund to finance projects, in addition to launching a land distribution project (the One Million Residential Plots Project) to address the housing crisis. ••••• Media Office of the Prime Minister 8-September-2026
