In Kyiv and the region, in many other regions, work has been going on since night to eliminate the consequences of the Russian strike. The attack was complex, which the Russians tried to deliberately calculate for the greatest possible damage to life: ballistics, cruise and anti-ship missiles, rocket-propelled grenades. There is significant damage to residential buildings and other civil infrastructure in the capital. As of now, it is known about ten wounded. Medical assistance is provided to everyone who needs it. Thirteen people were rescued by the State Emergency Service. Unfortunately, two died. My condolences to family and friends. There were strikes on critical infrastructure in the region. In the morning, a locomotive of the Kyiv-Sumy train was attacked at a railway station in the Sumy region. Fortunately, there were no casualties. People are being evacuated. They were also in Zaporozhye and Dnipro region. In total, 175 air targets were shot down by our soldiers at night, but, unfortunately, not all of them. Despite very good results on cruise missiles, it is especially difficult with ballistics, and every day we prove our need for interceptors to our partners. We have already talked about this with the Americans and Europeans, and there will be more meetings, in particular today, with representatives of countries and companies that can help with supplies and with our FREYJA anti-ballistic system.
