On National Anti-Corruption Day, I reaffirm my unwavering commitment to public morality, transparency and the sacred defense of Colombians' resources.
Today we deliver to the Attorney General's Office the Book of Truth, a technical and legal x-ray that documents the irregularities, embezzlement and apathy with which we receive the State. Here are the facts, the findings and the evidence for justice to act.
There will be no cover-ups or impunity. Those who have looted the Nation's resources must respond to justice with the full weight of the law.
The truth is known. Justice must act.

No llegamos al Gobierno a encubrir complicidades, a guardar silencio ni a contemporizar con el delito. En el Día Nacional de la Lucha contra la Corrupción, reafirmo mi compromiso inquebrantable con la moral pública, la transparencia y la defensa sagrada de los recursos de los colombianos. Hoy entregamos a la Fiscalía General de la Nación el Libro de la Verdad, una radiografía técnica y jurídica que documenta las irregularidades, el desfalco y la desidia con los que recibimos el Estado. Aquí están los hechos, los hallazgos y las evidencias para que la justicia actúe. No habrá encubrimientos ni impunidad.
