I am proud to nominate Richard Bennett to serve as Judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Richard has dedicated his career to protecting the Great People of Texas (A State I love, and won by the Biggest Vote Total in the History of the State, all three times!) working as a County Prosecutor, Assistant United States Attorney, Assistant Chief Counsel of ICE, and currently, as a Magistrate Judge on the Southern District of Texas. Richard is a Graduate of Texas Christian University and Southern Methodist University School of Law, and clerked for Judge Marcia Crone.
