Today, 35 elementary and junior high school students from the 61st Okinawa Prefecture Bean Journalists visited the Prime Minister's Office.
I would like to thank you for coming from Okinawa even though it was very hot.
We were energized by seeing everyone's wonderful songs (Tinsagunuhana) and beautiful Ryukyuan dance (Kagiyade Kaze) filled with local love.
Okinawa is a region that Japan is proud of, blessed with beautiful nature and has developed a unique culture full of international flavor.
I hope that you, the journalists, will learn various things through this reporting activity, expand your knowledge, and look back on the culture of Okinawa, where you were born and raised, to rediscover the charm of Okinawa and spread the word about it.
I sincerely hope that all of you who will be responsible for the future of Okinawa Prefecture and Japan will be active in the fields of your dreams.
I'm looking forward to enjoying the "Chinsuko" I received as a souvenir with the secretaries!

本日、第61次「沖縄県豆記者団」の小中学生35名の皆様が官邸を訪ねて下さいました。 とても暑い中、沖縄からお越しいただきましたことに、感謝を申し上げました。 皆様の郷土愛あふれる素敵な歌（てぃんさぐぬ花）と美しい琉球舞踊（かぎやで風）を拝見し、元気をいただきました。 沖縄は、美しい自然に恵まれ、国際色あふれる独自の文化を育んできた、我が国が誇る地域です。 豆記者の皆様には、今回の取材活動で様々なことを学び、知見を広げるとともに、改めて皆様が生まれ育った沖縄の文化を振り返ることで、沖縄の魅力についても、再発見して、発信をしていただきたいと思います。 そして、これからの沖縄県と日本を担う皆様が、それぞれが志す分野で、将来ご活躍されることを心から期待しています。 お土産に賜った「ちんすこう」、秘書官達と一緒に楽しみにいただきます！
