The head of state received the Minister of Emergency Situations Chingis Arinov ➡️ President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev heard a report on the results of the department’s work, the progress of modernization of the civil protection system and plans for the coming period. Chingis Arinov : ➤ reported on strengthening the material and technical base of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. 🟦 Over the past two years, the units have received over 1.4 thousand pieces of equipment, aircraft, modern rescue equipment, unmanned aerial vehicles and communications equipment. This has significantly improved the speed of response to emergency situations throughout the country. 🟦 At the same time, renovation of the Ministry of Emergency Situations units is being carried out. ➤ spoke about the development of a network of units, the creation of new universal rescue units, aviation and naval detachments. 🟦 As part of the “Auyl Kutkarushylary” program, 237 voluntary fire posts were built, providing protection to about 700 settlements. 🟦 The development of the emergency mass notification system for the population continues, the capabilities of the Situation Center are expanding, and early detection systems for wildfires are being integrated. ➤ informed about measures of social support for department employees. 🟦 Housing payments are provided. 🟦 A project of a specialized housing cluster for employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations is being implemented, which provides for the construction of residential premises with the necessary infrastructure next to fire stations and rescue bases.
