A visit to Åland is a sure sign of autumn. This time Suzanne and I headed to Vårdöh. On the way, I met representatives of the province of Åland and the municipality of Vårdö. In addition to current affairs, we especially discussed the possibilities of tourism in Åland. "Coolcation" brings new tourists to the north. We also visited the service house in Strömsgården and the kindergarten in Solbacken. At the end of the visit, we also met the residents of Vårdö municipality.

Ahvenanmaan vierailu on varma syksyn merkki. Tällä kertaa suuntasimme Suzannen kanssa Vårdöhön. Tapasin matkalla Ahvenanmaan maakunnan ja Vårdön kunnan edustajia. Ajankohtaisten kuulumisten lisäksi keskustelimme erityisesti matkailun mahdollisuuksista Ahvenanmaalla. ”Coolcation” tuo uusia turisteja pohjoiseen. Lisäksi vierailimme palvelutalo Strömsgårdenissa sekä Solbackenin päiväkodissa. Vierailun päätteeksi tapasimme myös Vårdön kunnan asukkaita.
