La Tesorería Nacional digitaliza las certificaciones del Inavi para agilizar trámite de prestaciones de los ciudadanos
SantoDomingo.-In line with the modernization and interoperability plan of the Dominican State, the National Treasury (TN) announced the complete digitalization of the certification issuance service of the Institute of Aid and Housing (Inavi).
From now on, citizens can process and receive this document 100% virtually, eliminating the need for physical transfers and institutional lines. The automation of the process guarantees an efficient response within an estimated period of 15 working days, the institution indicated through a press release.
The National Treasury highlighted that this innovation seeks to simplify the lives of users, offering a platform accessible 24 hours a day. In addition, the entity emphasized that the service maintains its completely free nature for the entire population.
This new digital model allows citizens to save time and money, because they can do the process from their cell phone or from a computer and they will be able to have immediate access to the service from anywhere in the world.
Online validation and security
To guarantee the legal security of the documents issued, the institution has enabled digital verification tools to provide more security filters to the management process when the person requests the service.
Citizens can check the status of their procedure in real time through the Inavi Application Consultation Services Portal, by only entering their ID number and the code assigned to their certification.

Validación y seguridad en línea Para garantizar laseguridad jurídicade los documentos emitidos, la institución ha habilitado herramientas digitales de verificación para dar másfiltros de seguridadal proceso de gestión al momento de la persona solicitar el servicio. Los ciudadanos pueden consultar el estatus de su trámite en tiempo real a través delPortal de Servicios de Consulta de SolicitudInavi, ingresando únicamente su número de cédula y el código asignado a su certificación. Los requisitos detallados para solicitudes por concepto de cancelación, jubilación o fallecimiento, así como el acceso directo a la plataforma, están disponibles en el portal web oficial de la institución: www.tesoreria.gob.do, indica la Tesorería Nacional en el comunicado.
