Abu Dhabi, Aug. 17 (SANA)UAE PresidentSheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyanand Sultan of OmanHaitham bin Tariqdiscussed Monday regional and international developments and ways to enhance cooperation in support of regional security and stability.The talks came during Sheikh Mohamed’s reception of Sultan Haitham, who is visiting the UAE.The Emirates News Agency (WAM) reported that the two sides exchanged views on regional and international issues, foremost among them the dangerous developments inthe Middle Eastand efforts to strengthen regional stability, security and peace in a manner serving the interests of all peoples and countries of the region.The two sides affirmed their keenness to continue consultations on various issues amid shared challenges requiring enhanced cooperation and joint action to preserve regional security and stability.On July 16, the UAE President discussed with the Sultan of Oman, during a phone call, a number of regional and international issues of mutual interest.
