ЖамиятUzbek startup Cerberus to be presented in San Francisco09:40 / 15.08.2026

Cerberus took first place in the regional final of the Road to TechCrunch Startup Battlefield 2026, confirming its status as one of the most promising projects in Central Eurasia. The victory earned the startup a spot on the global stage of TechCrunch Startup Battlefield 200, which will take place in San Francisco on October 13-15. IT Park Uzbekistan served as one of the organizers and a key partner of the regional competition.

According to the organizers, 726 applications from 39 countries were submitted to the program this year. After the national selection rounds, 22 of the most promising startups advanced to the regional final. Uzbekistan was represented in the final by six projects: Cerberus, MoliyAI, Sino AI, Deepen, Fermopolis, and Oqim App.

Following the regional final on August 12, the top three were Uzbekistan’s Cerberus, Kazakhstan’s WeGlobal AI, and Japan’s LOOQ. All three startups earned the right to advance to the competition’s global stage. The prize fund totals $100,000. The winner will receive $50,000, while the second- and third-place winners will receive $30,000 and $20,000, respectively. Astana Hub Ventures, IT Park Ventures, and Silkroad Innovation Hub will provide investments. In addition, OpenAI will provide API credits totaling $100,000, distributed in the same proportion.

The teams will present their projects on the TechCrunch Startup Battlefield 200 stage and showcase their technologies for three days at the TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 exhibition. Two representatives from each team will also receive a fully funded trip to San Francisco, including airfare and a week-long stay.

Cerberus is a cybersecurity solution that specializes in automatically detecting vulnerabilities in corporate IT systems using artificial intelligence. The startup is developing technologies that automate security testing with AI and enable control over AI systems’ actions within predefined parameters.

It is therefore no coincidence that the project has already attracted the attention of international investors, including the venture capital fund 500 Global.

The next stage is especially important for Cerberus. In San Francisco, the startup team will present its technology to international investors, venture capital funds, and representatives from leading technology companies and communities.
