Ankara, Aug. 15 (SANA)Turkish President,Recep Tayyip Erdogan, affirmed on Friday that his government is striving to completely resolve the issue ofterrorism, aiming to makeTürkiyeand the wider region entirely free of it for future generations.

“We are not only ending the problem of terrorism, but we are also upending the imperialist plots aimed at destabilizing Türkiye from within, in parallel with eliminating it,” President Erdogan said in a speech marking the 25th anniversary of the founding of the Justice and Development Party in the capital, Ankara.

Anadolu Agency quoted the Turkish President as saying that as for Economy, Türkiye, which was ranked as the 21st largest economy in the world, has risen as of 2025 to 16th globally and 6th inEurope.”

Erdogan noted that Türkiye ‘s annual exports have surged from $36 billion in 2002 to $278 billion in June 2026, while the national income has grown from $240 billion to $1.6 trillion.
